Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by supplier and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. You will be notified for each shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecrazylittlethings.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
